Not a Cin7 replacement.
Cin7 covers warehouses, couriers, and channels a two-person winery often never opens. SansarBay covers the invoices, the shelf, and the wine prices you do use. It will not match Cin7 screen for screen.
A smaller promise
If you need the whole factory, this is the wrong shelf.
The daily work stays in SansarBay: customers, stock, accounts, reports, and the wine. A few jobs still belong to another product. We will say so in the first meeting.
Not the cellar.
Tanks, lots, and vineyard traceability stay with a production system such as vintrace. If that is the problem you are solving, start there. SansarBay begins when the wine is bottled and ready to sell.
Not the online shop.
Shopify keeps the checkout and the club website. SansarBay reads a file of those orders so the shelf count can move. There is no live “Connected” button yet.
Not the tax-office ledger.
Customer accounts, what they owe, and the payments live here. The official books can still go to Xero as a file. SansarBay does not sign in to Xero for you.
